Pablo was excellent in assisting me in this process. He worked hard to get me a fair price to sell my home and get out of a situation in a home and joint property that no longer was to my benefit. They did not treat me like I was desperate, but just like a customer who was selling any other property. I really thank Joe Home Buyer and mainly Pablo. If anyone has any doubts, please know this is legit and a truly a stress free process, noting we received a mail flyer!! From working with our local Kentucky Joe Home Buyers – the amazing guys Kevin Hart and Zach Leezer, to the awesome Borders & Borders Attorney Margo at the closing, each step of the way was easy and only required about 5 minutes of our time! We were astonished when given our great offer, and although we then had 30 days to move, they included a dumpster to discard things and checked on us throughout the time, and they really are genuinely super friendly and caring people!
